my response to COVID-19
Due to the outbreak of Covid-19, the salon will be constantly cleaned and sanitized, as well as the use of face masks for both the clients and myself.
WHAT TO EXPECT
1) Risk assessment questionnaire - the client will need to complete this to ensure the safety of their health and enforcement of the law.
2) Temperature test - a thermometer will be placed upon the client's forehead to test their temperature.
3) Hand sanitization - hand gel and the washing of hands will be for both the client and myself.
4) Face masks - for both the client and myself.
5) Time between appointments - at least one hour between bookings for effective sanitization.
All new clients will need to complete a risk assessment questionnaire, and a client consultation card will be sent in the post.
